I just hit 125000 in my Jeep.

I know Ed had almost 250,000 on his Saturn before it died, but an Escort doesn't usually make it that far. A jeep is more likely to make it also.

My daughter helped me replace the valve cover gasket yesterday, and we replaced the rear brakes and wheel cylinders today. Next I have to replace the exhaust flange gasket at the engine. The car fills with fumes when I stop at a light and the heater is on.

May is inspection.

BTW my wife's car just was given a two year extension for inspection. Any car bought new in the last two years gets it. We were given a new sticker to put above the old one.
