I was at Aserdaten today, and climbed a pine atop a hill that was 174 feet high and took this shot of the Mountain:

That is a great area to view the mountains. Thanks for posting.

I was going to pass this on to you when I received it a while back, but I forgot. Your post reminded me of it. You remember my friend who first introduced me to the FRM way back in 1973? Well, he still explores that area all the time and has been for almost 40 years, and on a recent solo hike he found the Jersey Devil. That’s right..he found it.

That is a great photo, I love the yellow green of the pine trees. Must have been a nice day in the pines, wish I was there... I was working in Indianapolis and the weather was cold and nasty.... like it is here today!
