    I went to Forge Pond today to check out the eagles and seen this at the shore off Rt 70 1st entrance . Came home and remembered reading an article which turned out to be "The Forge". It looks to be around 8' or more and heavy. Maybe from that era?

    I moved down to Manchester back in '78 and spent most of my childhood & young adulthood in the trails all around Ocean County area. Always loved to explore and also enjoy reading about the early history of America. I look forward to sharing and learning here with everyone
