Pines; Bamber area
I saw a couple in my day (Englishtown if I recall). I was reminded of that when I had to travel to St. David's Pa to pick up a gaming laptop for my Grandson today. I was first shocked to find out that tolls from my house were about $28. Anyway, I had to get off the PA turnpike and onto 476 south. There was a curve in the road in the middle of that mess, and the inside of the road at the base of those concrete separators, it was heavily littered with headlight parts, plastic, and glass. It did not take but a second to realize this mess created by fender-benders was simply swept over there to sit until they "feel" like cleaning it up. Maybe they wait until it will fill a dumpster.

Anybody know this area?

Went to high school near there, but not familiar with the "junk yard". Not surprised with what you seen as that area turns to gridlock. I miss a good old derby. Was a place near my BIL that had them and rodeos but got replaced with a massive warehouse. And that has sat unoccupied now for a year or two SMH
