From the NJ 2024 Property Tax Relief booklet I received the other day. Even dead people need to follow the instructions.

Will probably do better than me. I filled it out online and it took a long time with all the confusing questions and the requirement to create an account at id.me. But... whatever, last year I got a surprisingly large check for property tax relief, so it was worth the effort.
