Snakehead

Spotted a Snakehead fish below the dam at Batsto last week. It appeared to be about 16" long. I reported it at the visitors center and they were responsive but realistically what can they do besides close the fish ladder and I don't know if that's possible.

I have tasted them deep fried and I have to say they were pretty good.
