Launch tonight in about 6 hours from Wallops Island VA, the first moon destined rocket from this launch site. If you are near Cape May or the shore line, there is a good chance of seeing it.

Hey, the name reverted back to Cape Canaveral a LONG time ago.
I was a regular visitor down there to NASA but mainly to USAF Patrick AFB since I was RCA's program manager of the tracking radars used on both the USAF Eastern Test Range and the NASA worldwide net. Also of the similar radars down at Wallops, and many other places all over the world. Was a fun job but that's another story.
