Way back when, I believe there was some kind of a "battle" with regard to cassette tapes, then there was a tug--of--war with regard to the video tape format, we're still in a "mess" with regard to the dominant/best DVD format, and now the electronics "honchos" are "gearing--up" for the latest scourge: The dominant/best format for High--Def.
