I stopped by Mary Ann Forge today. I've never seen the water in the Mount Misery Brook so low. It's exposed a lot more of the ruined bridge/dam. I took some pics but they're kind of lousy since I was shooting into the sun.
The water in (what I think is) the raceway for the forge is also pretty low. I was standing on the edge of it and trying to figure out how it was laid out. It's super wide for a raceway, but it may have been widened by erosion over the years or when the dam burst.
