I grew up on the outlying area of the Pine Barrens and never gave them a second thought. When going down the shore in the summer, I used to think it was a boring ride with all the same trees!
But after volunteering with Pinelands Preservation Alliance, I have grown to love the Pine Barrens and am an avid photographer of everything Pinelands. I am especially intrigued by the history and lost towns of the area.
