Yes piebald deer can be dwarfs too. Piebald or albino is a genetic defect. Usually with a genetic defects come other defects such as dwarfism or other problems if you will. Like a doe with horns will sometimes not shed her velvet or will have not capacity to reproduce.

That road has very little traffic in it last time i was on it only tracks i saw were coyote tracks coming out of the swamps. Those lines are like slashes. Much bigger than fire cuts. There was talk of taking out that range and putting a indoor outdoor range for law enforcement.

I am with smokejumper. The what if scenario can go a million ways. If they can close one road they can close them all. That goes for all state forests and wmas. So the pines and other areas we all enjoy riding around or riding to our favorite spots could be of days past. I for one am not OK...
