They have increased the amount of rain in the forecast. :siren: It's interesting that the area with the heaviest rain is not the same as the area with the greatest projected flood impact. Guess that's due to the greater amount of development in the flood impact area, where more of the ground is...

There's a new briefing available from the National Weather Service here. Looks like the remains of hurricane Beryl might bring us some heavy rain later in the week.

Forecast is 92 today, 91 Tuesday, 91 Wednesday, drops a big three degrees to 88 on Thursday. Big deal. Low point is supposed to be 86 on Friday, then it climbs right back up to 91 by Sunday. Unfortunately, I think we just need to get used to it.

Nothing here. 30% chance of getting less than 1/10" rain today, only a 20% chance tonight. More of the same after that with no relief from the heat in sight until Thursday, and then the high temperatures are only going to drop by about 5 degrees. Reminds me of the extended hot spell we had at...

I have no insight into any of this and haven't talked to anybody. But I can understand why they just blanked out all the names. How often do you think they should update the parcel maps? Because on any given day somebody could register for that list, they could move to a different home, get...

Wet Forest - Formerly Known as Dry Forest

I noticed that Cape May County was getting hit hard yesterday. But if you want to look at the weather down there, try KDOX radar in Dover. Cape May is on the fringe of the KDIX radar in your screenshot. Living where I do, I frequently compare those two stations. This is the KDOX imagery. Still...
