    Mid-Atlantic Expeditions

Hi Lee, I like the graphics on your SUV. My dashcam is a StreetGuardian, I got it to record some of the weird stuff I come across, present company excepted. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019WXYCMM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I look forward to more posts about your trails and...

Blocking ATV Access To Spung's In Wharton

"Fines mean nothing to someone that has spent thousands on a vehicle." You are right! I spoke with one offender who replied that it is an occasional cost of admission to the park.

    WW II Archaeology

The Big Flamingo was a PT Boat used as a sight seeing boat out of Wildwood, NJ in the 50's and 60's. I remember seeing her off the coast and I think I rode on her. A nice local maritime site http://www.mels-place.com/mmm/Party-Boats/Party-Boats-Page-20/slides/1523-buccaneer-1982.html

Blocking ATV Access To Spung's In Wharton

Off roading in sensitive areas has significantly reduced since the signs were put up, but there still is some. I carry a camera and will not hesitate to call DEP. That said, lets keep access open and work on the problem.

What was your pressure before the drops? Mine is 17 to 19. I just got a field of vision test and optic nerve scan (OCT) for the forth year in arrow. All fine for now. Another brain MRI in May, benign tumor.

    It's Still There

When I took people there and we got close I would send them ahead and let them have the fun of discovery. They would look and look and finally realize IT was looking at them.

    Beware of Swans

I was paddling down the Mullica when I came close to a Canadian goose sitting on a nest. It got really aggressive, hissed at me and would not yield any ground. I did not expect it to but they usually are passive. I had no choice but to pass it as I was going down stream.

    Bear or bobcat track?

This analogy is not so far fetched. Bear tracks are asymmetrical, sometimes you can see a heel and they are elongated. I liken it to the human arch but not sure of the function but visually similar. I photographed this one in 2005 near Batona Camp. It did not turn out very well due to little...
