    Am I a Piney Now?

My Onx Hunt app lists that as owned by Nathan Weiss, who has a New Gretna address. (This app apparently is very slow to update ownership.) One of my plans was to reach out to him and other people in this area who own property to see if they would like to share their stories. Id like to hear...

    Am I a Piney Now?

Nice!! I'm gonna be able to put up a mailbox soon! They sure had that whole area gridded out for a big plan. I need to find that map for the Rowland Estates.

    Am I a Piney Now?

An iron rod would be cool. I'll bring a metal detector. But why would you think that there might be nothing? You could fill whole books with what I don't know about surveying, but I would think that a "modern" (late-1960's) survey would require some sort of pin or marker just as a verification.

    Am I a Piney Now?

Tomorrow's big plan is to find that state corner that Teegate mentioned and to kill some time with the dog on one of these trails. I'm a little disappointed that they don't lead anywhere, but it's interesting to know how they came about!!

    Am I a Piney Now?

Are these searchable online? I checked the Burlington County Clerk Office's website. They have pre-1964 property records, but it appears that you need to know names to shift through it all. Am I even close?

    Am I a Piney Now?

Yes, I purchased it from the township. According to the deed (which I just got this evening!!) the township took possession of the property in a foreclosure in 1996. I'll have to look that up to see who owned it before me. The property taxes are a little over $7/year so I can't imagine how...

    Am I a Piney Now?

No. On a rare occasion someone will drive by, looking a little confused, but that's about it.

    Am I a Piney Now?

I had read your earlier post about the Garmin GLO and it looks like a nice unit. I'm going to try some best-guess legwork first. Try to get some sense of the dimensions from the survey, some probable locations from my phone, add in a pinch of hope and give it a try. You're most likely right...

    Am I a Piney Now?

So glad to be a Piney!!! I'm gonna need a bumper sticker! And you are correct on all three locations. I think the reason no one ever bought this tiny little triangle, and Bass River Township continued to own it until now, was that it is so ridiculously small that it has no value, except to me...

    Am I a Piney Now?

Long time lurker on this forum. Never had anything to add until now that I recently purchased the tiniest piece of the Pines possible, Block 103E-Lot 4, from Bass River Township. It’s a .04-acre slice of heaven at around 39.67732, -74.45872 about a half mile north on Shamong Road from where is...
