I thought I answered this a few days ago, but can't locate that thread.
I was told it was a feed store like Kirby's in Medford. I've been driving past it since 1976, and never saw it open.

Hi Bill,
No, I haven't done that one yet. I bet it's really tight. It would probably make sence to scout it out first, by road and on foot. The next time I'm paddeling down that way I'll try and back paddle it. I just did the Mullica last saturday.

They've been coming out for the last 2 weeks here in Tabernacle, lots of holes in the ground. They're in the car, pool, mailbox, barn. The dogs eat them, they land on you, and I really like their song.
Ed...
I,ll be kayaking to Ace again this summer, friends welcome.
It's a difficult paddle since it hasen't been cleared in years, but it wouldn't be an adventure if it was easy.

Any comments on a Holly tree with yellow berries? The tree is healthy. There are other trees around it with red berries.

Guy,
That gun club is still in use. I went by there the Sunday before deer week started and they were having a hugh get together, BBQ.

BTW, they burned over Hampton Furnace Sunday, 2/15.
I've never walked up to the grave, but now I will!
You can drive out to Caranzza rd from morre meadow rd, or go to Apple Pie Hill.
I think the scouts named Tea Time Hill, and built the foot bridges.
It's amazing how dogs can fall off the bridges, into the swamp.

Guy,
Back in the 70's there was a sign on the ground calling it Tea Time Hill.
Kobar is a recient addition. You used to be able to see the fire tower on Apple Pie Hill, now the trees are too tall.
There was alot of ice on the trails this weekend. I felt like an ice breaker.

Bob,
My camera is a Canon A-40, an upgrade from Guy's A-30. They're both 2 M pix, the A-40 is better in low light. They're both easy to use, now there's brobably a newer version.
Like you, I like to go where noone has been in a while. We frequently kayak the Skit Branch of the Batsto from...
another river Marianne will never paddle with me again.
Actually , this river is every bit as robust as the upper Wading (Speedwell), or the Mullica (Hampton Furnace). The problem is it is seldom paddeled and therefore not maintained. Lots of downed trees, branches, leaves and spiders. Not fun...
