Same here. There was a line of storms to the West and another to the East, with nothing in the whole middle of the state much of the morning. Was even able to get out for a walk around noon. They're still forecasting another 1 to 1.5 inches before it ends however.

The "experts" at the NY Post say it's probably a top secret black project to test drone capabilities over a heavily populated area. Kind of a drone version of Blue Thunder, maybe? :D That wouldn't surprise me, although it seems really irresponsible to do that over populated areas with drones...
