    Just a Comment

I'd like someone to do a full analysis and tally up how many laws were actually violated during all of these killings. Would a few more laws have changed the outcome?

    High Crossing never disappoints

I agree with not spending money on High Crossing road, but main roads like Tuckerton, Quaker Bridge, Hawkins Bridge, Hampton road, etc should be repaired when needed. These roads used to be in good shape and drivable for non 4x4 vehicles. I even took my kids on these roads for early driving...

    High Crossing never disappoints

It would be nice if this pond gets removed. This is a well traveled road as far as piney roads go and would be nice if it was repaired. I remember when this road was an easy and safe ride and part of a long loop I used.

    Who knew? Coyotes in Chicago!

.........A recent Ohio State University study estimated that there may be somewhere between several hundred and a couple thousand coyotes living in Chicago, with some of the animals living in city parks and others among apartment and commercial buildings and in industrial parks...

Buzzard Hill Road Accident (Pakim Pond area)

I work at a large medical practice, and the Docs always give me a hard time about riding motorcycles (dirt and street) and they always refer to motorcycles as donor cycles. This is a terrible tragedy and never should have happened.

    Bobcat in cactus

I'd love to see a bobcat in the pines. I only saw one in the wild and that was in the Blue Ridge in Virginia. With the feral cat problem in some areas of the pines (Chatsworth area for one) bobcats might just thin that herd out a bit, but anyone with small pets would be at big risk.

    Bobcat in cactus

OUCH!! Not in the pines, but a rare site; GOLD CANYON, Ariz. - The images are incredible. A bobcat that has scampered to the top of a saguaro cactus -- and it was quite a climb! The photos were captured in Gold Canyon, at the foot of the Superstition Mountains. The bobcat was trying to...

    Could Use Some Help

It might have been a picnic shelter. Similar to the ones at Bass River, Goshen and many years ago at Oswego, except this one had a fireplace.

    Could Use Some Help

I don't know what it was, but it definitely was a fireplace of a log cabin building. You can see where the mortar is rounded above the mantel area where it met the logs. A few feet further up from the mantel the ridge line of the roof is also visible where the mortar met the roof line. With the...

    batona trail hike

You might want to give the Franklin Preserve a try. take the entrance on 532 across from Lake Chatsworth. This consists mostly of dirt roads that wander thru old bog areas. There are also wooded areas and trails. The roads are packed pretty good and I don't see where your stroller should be a...

    A new stuck vehicle video

I'm neither Law Enforcement or a Lawyer, but I image that it could be argued that this is willful destruction of public/state property which is against the law.

Poor Peggy Clevenger: Murder or Just an Accident?

Whenever I read articles or letters from that era I am always impressed by the authors writing skills. The wording is exact and well written. I've read several Civil War era letters written by soldiers who probably did not attend school beyond 6th grade, yet their writing skills seem better that...
