    Have found it on nautical charts but no info.It is out of the way and not a navigational hazard so it appears to not be important as far as mariners are concerned.

    I see most of the areas black listed I don't frequent anyway.Shooting ranges for one.My brother has his own private range.Boat ramps,don't need em.I have a canoe and kayak,can put in anywhere.

    Moon should be red tonite.Penumbral exlipse beginning at 11:37 pm and maxing about 12:30 right about the time I get home from work.Penumbral eclipses usually look red,.
