    Have I missed something?

Not for the faint of heart. Hawkin seems to be quite an interesting and knowledgeable guy, and he definitely had some good stuff to bring to this forum. He shares similar interests with many of us here, and I'm sure he has much love for the Pines. As someone pointed out, it can be difficult...

    Beer (again)

Boy, I'm sure glad the squawkin is over. Back to beer we go. Speaking of pilseners, has anyone tried Oskar Blues "Mama's Little Yella Pils"?

    Beer (again)

Hewey, "Wacko" is the only beer I know of with that grapefruit-like reddish-pinkish hue. The color is the best feature of this otherwise bland beer, IMNSHO.

    Beer (again)

I know Jerseyman is lurking this thread, so let me ask something that I've often wondered about: Was it hard to come by a beer in the Pine Barrens Jug Taverns of old?

    Beer (again)

God hates beer! This site is just precious: http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/Evils%20in%20America/Alcohol%20Kills/god_hates_beer.htm There's also a bunch of articles there about how evil rock music is. There's even an article on Satan and the Beach Boys. I really don't know if the guy is...

    This country is doomed!

Much ado about nothing. There were liability concerns, no doubt. Kinda like me taking my weedwacker to Batsto Village. Sure it's superficially ridiculous, but the guy got himself arrested not by refusing to coperate with the police. To suggest that this silly story is indicative of the...

    Beer (again)

Honestly, the place gave me the creeps when I went there. But if the company is good, all is well. However, rather than succumb to shit beer, I think I'd rather try out some aged liqueur, or perhaps a port (if Foxy has hidden there).

Largo, What was the beer you said you had at The Silver Fox? Speaking of which, that place really looks closed down now. Do you know if it's still open?
