No, I meant Verizon inking the deal with Cogent. It seems like traffic from my house to this site has been better for the last few weeks. I would never want Comcast to buy Verizon. My FiOS service is a billion times better than the cable modems I've had from Comcast.

They have a fix for iOS. Nothing for MacOS yet. But so far they are saying that exploits based on this haven't appeared in the wild yet. The best thing to do (which you should do all the time anyway) is to not join unencrypted wireless networks, which is where you'd be most at risk.

Hopefully Verizon isn't too far behind.

The other nice thing about Vonage is that they're a NJ based (Holmdel) company.

I did not know that AT&T offered local phone service (to get a land line) in NJ. I thought Verizon was everywhere that Bell Atlantic used to be.
