    there is a man in kentucky that goes around hunting cars like this.he asks locals to lead him to them,then he cuts a road to them and drags them out,takes them home and restores them.There is a tv show about him but I forget what it's called.

    When I said play with thumb I meant Stevie Ray was fretting with his thumb.I never seen anyone reach over the neck with their fret hand and depress strings like that.I used to play with my thumb myself.Not as clear as a pick but I nice subdued note and easier while finger pickin.

    cedar water has a feel on your skin like silk but it sucks for diving.I like diving and exploring the bottom.get a stump in your face doin that in cedar water.

    I would assume the color comes from the water being clear due to lack of tannins in the water because of lack of tannin producing substances like oak leaves and bark and cedar and such and the lack of black mud yet to cover the bottom.So you have clear ground water over a white sand bottom...
