Very interesting Scott.
Remember those couple of guys about 15 years ago that had a plan to stop hurricanes by seeding them with this element they had on hand? Nobody wanted them to do it. I didn't either. It would ruin the fun and make the planet less interesting, and perhaps alter it in negative ways we don't even understand.
