Abandoned railroad cars

Today Keith and I were out exploring. We first hit Cumberland Furnace because Keith had never been there. We checked out the furnace site and saw how the illegal dig had all been filled in the other day. We also checked out the illegal Indian dig. Then we went down the Cumberland-Port Elizabeth Road. Off to the left on some railroad tracks we saw 2 strings of tanker cars parked on the tracks. They aren't very old, but have been there for at least several months. Maybe longer. The location is here: http://www.topozone.com/map.asp?z=1...50&size=l&datum=nad83&layer=DRG25
There was a string of 14, with a string of 20 right next to it on a siding. They said Liquified Petroleum Gas on them. Then further back there was a string of 5 cars that appeared to be used for transporting sand. They had been there long enough for young trees to grow up in the tracks in front of and behind them.
Does anyone know anything about these railroad cars that have been left there?
We also went down the Thompson's Beach Road for a few minutes and then to Shell Pile and Bivalve.
