It seems some folks in Congress have found a way to stimulate their own economic situation, just don't pay taxes, play the odds you'll get caught instead. And it would probably have worked until they became an appointee. It would be nice if the IRS ran audits of every SOB in Congress, might be an eye opener. It would be even nicer if they served some jail time.
