Any pines property owners who have purchased non buildable lot(s) for personal preservation - enjoyment of the pines?

I am interested in an organized effort to ensure areas are preserved for the future but outside of the large corporate organizational restrictions.

My lot next door counts. I knew I couldn't build on it since its in the preservation district. I just wanted the lot to remain pine trees (and destroy the thought of a close neighbor). 100 by 200 feet. I paid $6,000 in 1986. As for helping you in the future, my divorce cleaned me out good. I am in too much debt right now.
