When you zoom in it looks like the place has a very simple roof line. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say the place may be a deer club. They would need the open areas for parking and target shooting. Besides, it really is out in the middle of nowhere. If it's gated, I'll bet it's posted too. Now I'm curious.

That is most definately a hunting club. The enduro club I belong to uses Bass River, and some of our trails are near the hunter's lodge.
