The pics from this outing were taken on 10/1, this was a solo trip, i took Tuckerton road from Marlton to Atsion Road as i wanted to go back to Atsion to take a few more pics. This pic was taken at the intersection of Jackson and Atsion road. Manasses Dellett is buried at the Grace Bible Church Cemetery in Atsion.
On the opposite corner is this sign indicating this is where the sale of the Brotherton Indian Reservation took place.
Then on to Atsion again for the following pics. The first is of the biggest slag piece that i have found in Atsion. A pic from a distance.
A closer view.
Time to walk the tracks again going north taking a pic of the railroad bridge over the Mullica River.
The Mullica looking downstream from the bridge.
Turning back South i took the following two pics in the vicinity of where the old train station was. I do not know what materials the station were made from, but i decided to take these two pics regardless.
Another pic of the area.
Getting back in the car we proceeded to go back out to rt.206 South, i went to Pestletown Road and Wharton Ave. to walk a short distance South on it, then getting back in the car to rt.536 i noticed a car that looked like one that i used to own but being dinner time it was time to head home, on the way home i took this pic of a Burlington-Atlantic County marker.
This was a short outing today, but it was still another day in the Pines.
