I wonder if they have been there in a while. They may need scuba gear to show everyone the plants.

I was there today. Its not a bog anymore, its a lake. Make sure they are chest high waders, better yet, bring a canoe :rolleyes:

It looks like someone has tried to dismantle the damn dam, with little success. I'm writing letters tonight, enough time has been wasted :jeffd:

Some have tried, but with the amount of water behind it, the road downstream of it would be washed out for sure if it wasn't done the right way. Besides, who wants to risk the wrath of the DEP for doing something on state land. It's more effective in the long run to get the guvmint to do it.
