I spotted this at Great Bay on Saturday. Can anyone confirm if this is a Harris Hawk? Not the greatest shots. I was driving about 30 mph at the time it was closest.

Nice shot of a northern harrier in typical habitat

A harris hawk would freeze it's accipitor like tail off

I think missouri is the closest record of a harris hawk

I would say so, the immature would be a little darker overall, I'm not sure of the life cycle, last spring's fledgelings might be taking on adult plumage by now. It is most certainly not an adult male with their
" grey ghost" plumage
