I work in Philly and could see the smoke as I was driving home down Rt. 38. By the time I got into Browns Mills the smoke was hanging around ground level. Just one whiff and you can tell it's pines burning.

There is one near Warren Grove Jessica told me. I just got back from Tuckerton and my daughter kept saying it was hazy.

Thanks for answering my question of the day . I was driving along 70 eastbound at about 3:00 PM heading for Lakehurst Rd. and there was acrid white smoke drifting across the highway. Didn't see any signs of emergency vehicles.

I noticed it was very smoky Thursday evening.
I figured it was just controlled burning.
