Today, I tried to follow the Harrisville Rd from the site of the bridge Southeast towards Harrisville and along the way, there were a couple depressions that to my expert eye (only one is an expert) looked like they could have been the location of a house or building of some sort.
The first one was roughly 500' down the road heading southeast on the right side and the next was about 600' farther down.
Does anyone know if there were any houses or buildings along this road?

Mike Fowler's book, Paper Town of the Pine Barrens, Harrisville, New Jersey, is a really good resource if you're looking for info on Harrisville. It has a really nice fold out map that shows all of the locations of the cellar holes.
