The New Jersey Conservation Foundation and the state Forest Fire Service are planning a controlled burn this month in a portion of the Franklin Parker Preserve in the township

Not sure if they are going to be able to do it anytime soon with this weather.


We have to keep a watch for when it happens, and then all head there to explore. As you can attest to Ed the woods give up their secrets after a burn. Case in point...Sawmill
