Deal made in Millville racetrack noise suit

MILLVILLE -- New Jersey Motorsports Park will place time restrictions on racing and allow a joint "Sound Committee" to set maximum noise levels as part of a deal that ends almost two years of litigation.
TrackRacket, a residents group that filed the lawsuit, announced Monday it finalized an out-of-court settlement with the park. The agreement includes a payment of about $81,000 to TrackRacket that is earmarked for its legal costs.

Good news and it should have been done from the outset of the tracks opening.

Lime Rock Park has been doing this for decades along with no Sunday racing, and they've been very successful. I'll be at Millville on Saturday for the British car show and the vintage racing.
