DEP employees complain about being underfunded, understaffed in letters to boss

Right or wrong, it appears someone at the DEP realizes that beavers at times can be a nuisance.

The agency on Friday released the first 700 suggestions submitted by department employees, which ranged from streamlining air-quality permits to opening a trapping season on beavers in New Jersey.
