I have been seeing the sign for an office bldg on that spot for the past year. My question is since that Hot Dog Truck doesnt have running water, where does this vendor wash up after using the non existent men's room????

He could have a on board water tank for washing.Every work in a Supermarket I have, There is running water And I seen people who handle food never wash!You don't have to eat there
