A friend of mines brother. I had an idea while we were hunting big cedars in Muskee swamp that it would be cool if we had a drone to look from the air it is so thick in the swamp now since it's spring.I never thought He would have access to a drone.He said Hey! We can use my brothers.This is his brother and He will fly it up the swamp to look for more monsters.

There was an incident in Cape May County a year or two ago, there's a thread about it somewhere. Neighbor was hovering his drone over some construction in his yard and photographing, so the homeowner shot it down. Was arrested for discharging a weapon within city limits IIRC.

I'm leaning on his side too. If my teenage daughter was laying out in the privacy of our back yard and a drone started hovering overhead I would seriously consider it. Saying it could be Isis is a bit of a stretch though.

I am with you smokejumper. It is an invasion of privacy. I would shoot one down if it was in my yard filming me or my family.
