I saw this hiking on Wednesday near Ongs Hat. Really hate it when people trash our natural areas. It’s selfish and it’s lazy. Most dumps would only charge $5-$10 to take that trash.

It's the mindset. I did an small, targeted survey behind Ocean Acres on Monday, and it was clear to me most of the people living there could not give a rats ass about the environment. This pile of junk with the houses in the background is typical. Nobody has lifted a finger in that neighborhood of thousands of people to take charge and organize a yearly cleanup. So, how do they live with it? See the second photo; they simply build a fence high enough and solid enough to insulate themselves from the trash AND the pines.
