I took a couple hours and did a pre-run of Thursday's upcoming ride.

What a great day for it! The light cover of snow was really nice to see. Approaching Jemima Mount was especially neat since you could see the high white powder in the distance before you got there.

Since I am nursing a cold as of this morning :-( , my buddy and I took the truck instead of the dual-sport. I passed Carranza Monument and hooked a right at the tracks. We stopped at Hampton Furnace and then went to Jemima Mount. From there, we went to Bear Swamp Hill and walked around a little; Thurs we'll find the landing gear. We left there and hit Applie Pie Hill and looked out off the tower... BRR!!!!!

This wasn't the full ride, but it was a lot of fun and I can relax a little more knowing most of the route turns better. I saw many folks out doing everything from hunting to sightseeing and even two trucks towing sleds on the roads behind the Atsion Ranger Station.

I hope others made it out today? :)
