Forest Fire in Belleplain

BELLEPLAIN - Fire ignited an area of Belleplain State Forest early Sunday morning, prompting response from area firefighters.
The Belleplain Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to the Forest at approximately 6:45 a.m. in the area of the lake for a brush fire, after a park employee arrived for work and found the area engulfed in flames.

I guess "the lake" is Lake Nummy? I hiked a couple miles on the East Lake Trail in that exact area on Monday and didn't notice anything. But the article says it was only 1/2 acre, so thankfully they prevented it from spreading.
