"Free" over the air delivered television signals to be upgraded over next 2-3 years

Very little is 'free' these days. ;) IMO, if your going to need a new TV, it may be more practical to go the I'Net TV route. Hardware is $25-50, the rest is up to the individual. :worms:

This is an encouraging new additional service (IP based, HDR and 4k stream) especially for those folks who live in remote areas where Comcast/Verizon etc are not available or for those who do not wish to pay for a cable bill. Does not appear to require a new TV rather a converter $25-50, to process the new signal. I can also see folks who boat inshore but still like to watch television when moored :)
