This bird visited the tree in my front yard. Will one of our birders please tell me what it is? I was impressed with the form and coloring, and don't remember ever seeing one.

Looks like a Tufted Titmouse. I have dozens of them come to our feeders. With some patience, they will feed from the hand.

Thanks, I didn't think it was because there were a couple earlier and they had the tuft. I could not see a tuft on this one and it had more of an elongated body, not so roly poly as the earlier birds I saw.
