To geocache you need a GPS. You place (hide) items at a location, usually in a Tupperware container or something equivalent. The items range from coins to trinkets, and even dollar bills in some instances. You post the info on http://www.geocaching.com/ and people search it out and usually take or add an item to the container, and log in that they were there. There are quite a few located in the pines, with many of them from members of this board.

my little kids love it as much as the adults, and so do Nykki's!
They look forward to the trinkets in the geocaches.
