I'm a complete noob so i may have unintentionally posted these twice, but they're worth seeing at least once. On Friday my wife and I hit Pine Crest Restaurant on 322 for the greatest home fries known to humanity and drove on over to Weymouth furnace. The water was higher than I've ever seen it before in my albeit limited range of experiences with the place. Sorry about the point-and-shoot but that's what I had at the time.

Welcome to the board. thanks for the pics. I live almost across the street from Pinecrest( I actually live behind the campground a mile down the road). I've been keeping close eye on the wtaer level of the egg harbor. Theres a cool little ATV trail by my house that takes you along the river, at one point the banks are about 30 feet high. then you go down hill and you are level with the water. I have watche dthat trail flood over a couple times. Then if you further down stream theres a little park that they put in for the paddlers. That whole park is underwater as of 2 days ago. But since I have lived there(about 2 months). I watched the water rise about 1 foot and have watched it go back down about a foot and a half. Right now it's almost as low as it was when I first moved in. Stop by and check the trail out one day if you want. I'll take ya out on the golf cart or you can hike. That goes for anyone. It's a really nice section of teh river.
