Any thoughts/insight on whether either of the following pine barrens historical documents will ever be produced as a book for public sale: Martha, 1808-1815: The Complete Martha Furnace Diary and Journal and/or Herbert Halpert's thesis Folktales and Legends of the New Jersey Pines: A Collection and Study

Most of the diary is already published in the book "Iron in the Pines."

I've wanted to get my hands on Halpert's thesis for a long time, too. I think Princeton University has it on microfilm. I never got around to getting a copy while I worked there though. :(
