How's the water level at Oswego(River)

Yeah, the soil's pretty dry. Even with the rain, the level's down. The rivers are up and down quick after a rain, but the land is the real reservoir (think sponge). Heavy, quick rains just tend to runoff into the ditches then to the streams and on to the ocean. You'll need a good soaking rain to bring this up to snuff.
:hist101:The other thing about the Oswego, is the tendency for it to rise and then fall quickly after a light rain. Gotta go when the gettin's good! :hist101:
