Hunters demand a one-deer limit

For the hunters on this site, here is an article from a local newspaper in Vermont where I vacation. It seems NJ and PA are not the only place where some think the deer population is at an all time low.

To me the odd thing is that I think I've seen more deer than ever during my hikes and drives in the last 12 months. There are also a lot of them wandering through my property, they eat everything in sight - last summer my garden was more like a deer salad bar. But of course this is all subjective.

There is more deer than ever. Alot of them have become acustomed to livin' in the 'burbs. They also move/feed mostly at night,

It only takes one noisy hunter to clear out the woods...
