Yes, I believe it is illegal. You know what bothers me? When, under the impression that all domestic pints are at a special price, I order a pint of American-made microbrew at a Bar during Happy Hour only to be told that it's not a domestic beer. :jeffd: 
And I hate when I order the chef's special posted on the window out front, and they tell me they're out of it! :jeffd:
