Barely_Normal writes in the comments that: "Too bad, the funeral would have been welcomed by many."

What a smug comment. I still use it. I resist change to a point. It still works for me, and I'm not eager to change to a new browser. But I am also not stuck in the past. I'll change it eventually if they no longer support it to the point that the risk of using it means dire consequences.

Same here, I held on to XP to the bitter end. Still using it on my laptop :D But I found with IE that I have to use another browser, Chrome, for certain things; such as viewing videos imbedded in posts or articles and some web sites.

Nothing wrong with IE for what I used it for. Up until I got a smartphone with Chrome on it, I used IE. Now, I mostly use Chrome, since it allows me to share my bookmarks/history between devices (smartphone and laptop). If not for this, I'd still be using IE.
