Increased Number of Birds This Year?

Has anyone else noticed an vastly increased amount of birds this year? Not any particular species, but a general overall increase in numbers? I base this observation on the amount of birds that I see in my yard and in my trees. It just looks like a bunch more than normal, all summer, so far. That turns into more bird crap being on the truck, the sidewalk and the house.

Haven't noticed much of an increase around here. The fall migration is getting underway this month.

Seemed like the birds returned earlier this year, but at this point I haven't noticed any more than usual.

Seem lot more robins this year.They are a dirty bird.Had 3 nest boxes of house wrens only 1 chickadee.Now I have to go rake leaves in mid July.

My thinking on less frogs,Its the weather change First there is to much water then dry as a bone.

Not sure. I hadn't realized there are less frogs this year.

Supposedly been a frog drought for years now.Attributed to Global Warming and Acid Rain of course. The only actual abscence I've noticed is Bullfrogs are not around as much as they used to be.The invasive people probably got em all since they are not native.

I have grey treefrogs,peepers and fowler toads serenade me on my door step every year,would like a pb treefrog or two but the nearest place I can find them is about four miles away.

Yes , have seen a lot of Cardinals for some reason .Robins have certainly been more plentiful. 1 st thing i saw this Am when i looked out the window was a Blue Jay .
