info requested - cranberrry mill/pioneer factory

i was wondering if anybody had any historical information available about the "Pioneer Smelting Factory" located on rt 532 in chatsworth...

I don't have much info on it, but I think that the owner is trying to sell the property. He offered it to the ORV park next door, but they turned it down because it would have been too much money to clean up the site.
